Matthew Standish

As a partner and firm founder, Matthew has been in the recruitment and staffing industry since 1983. A UWO graduate, he has also earned his CPC and served for many years on the APPAC (now ACSESS) Ontario Board of Directors.

Julius Spetter

As a partner and firm founder, Julius has been in the recruiting and staffing industry since 1984. Having had a previous career in international business, his expertise is now concentrated in the real estate and property management sector.

Monica Gibbs

As the Director of Recruitment Services, Monica has been in search and recruitment with Everest since 1997, with her practice being mainly focused in financial services. She manages a team of dedicated senior recruitment consultants who offer full-cycle recruitment, research, negotiation, leadership, talent acquisition, and strategic sourcing expertise to a diverse client base. Together, Monica and her team have demonstrated industry experience including the superior ability to manage client expectations on "difficult to fill" positions. She has developed and maintained strong client and candidate relationships while driving results. Her expertise includes extensive mid to executive level searches primarily in Canada with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Human Resources. With an Honours BA from York University, International Business Certificate from Seneca College, CHRP and ACIR designations, Monica is also an active member of Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), and former board member with Human Resources Professionals Association York Region Chapter (HRPYR).

David Tyler

As the Director of Recruitment Services, David has been building recruitment groups and servicing clients at a high level since 1992. He manages multiple recruitment teams at Everest (Engineering, Legal, and Systems) and is well known in many industries as a strong developer/manager of successful recruiters. The recruiters in David's groups have a reputation as being "respectfully agressive" and distinguish themselves further by their technical aptitudes for the industries in which they specialize. The majority of the team members are Engineers or Lawyers with extensive experience staffing nationally and internationally. David joined Everest in 2005, quickly establishing the company's Engineering and Legal Divisions. He is Bilingual (English and French) and holds an Hons BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
